First Student recommends “working with partners that have experience with stu- dent transportation and avoid working with an entity that is new to the program and only has an electrification focus,” he said. “It is all about transporting students, and that should be the only primary focus and goal when it comes to implementing electrification.” Harris said West Virginia is unique in the fact
