However, a more long-term challenge was one of their buses was not charging. She said after going back and forth between the OEM and charging manufacturer, the problem was not re- solved after two months. Additionally, she is experiencing a lack of trained technicians who are available. Finally, Three Rivers was able to get a technician to its location and after a wrong diagno- ses the first time they had to change out the entire module fuse. “It’s been running great ever since,” Schrader said, adding the bus was out of service for a total of six weeks but the mainte- nance was covered under the warranty. Schrader shared that she hears a lot of people in the industry
