For students who need the same driver every day, HopSkipDrive’s Consistent CareDriver Program delivers — and backs it up. Students rely on one dedicated Lead CareDriver who knows their needs, preferences, and routine. And if that driver is out, our technology automatically identifies backup drivers who have already driven that student. Familiar faces, every time.


Ride Recording: In-App


HopSkipDrive now offers in-app ride recording across all eligible rides at no additional cost — no dashcam, no hardware, no retrofitting. Recording is built directly into the CareDriver app and tied to the ride itself, a driver can't complete a ride without it running — so you're not relying on a device to work, you're relying on the system to work. Because we own the CareDriver relationship, the onboarding process, and the app, we can deliver this affordably and at scale — something broker models structurally cannot.
