Guelph, ON - October, 26, 2021 - Two passionate racehorse caretakers in Ontario will once again have the chance to further their skills with Equine Guelph’s tuition awards program. It has been running since 2016, thanks to the generosity of both the L’Heureux and Stocks families who set up memorial awards for future ambassadors of Ontario’s racing industry. Equine Award was established in loving memory of Standardbred driver, trainer and groom, Roger L’Heureux by David L’Heureux and Crystal Fountains Inc. The Stuart Stocks Memorial Equine Award has been created by the Stocks family in mem- ory of their beloved brother, son and uncle, and avid follower of top thoroughbred racehorses, Mr. Stuart Stocks.
