Two new additions to the company’s display catalogue are the Adjustable Wall Rack and Wall Mounts that are now supplied in Satin Black. Both of these displays offer a unique and versatile format to display your product on available wall space in your showroom.
ADJUSTABLE WALL RACKS
The adjustable display system is perfect for displaying tile and flooring samples, accommodating sizes like 30cm and 60cm deep tiles, as well as planks. It’s versatile enough to display other popular sizes and supports products up to 20mm in thickness.
Designed to save space, this secure system attaches directly to the wall and presents samples at an angle, ensuring easy viewing for customers. The standard version comes in black, but it can be powder-coated in any colour of your choice, though this may require longer lead times.
20 YEARS OF WALL RACK MANUFACTURING
Vision Display was initially set up 25 years ago to service the tile industry with quality display systems and soon became the UK market leaders in the tile display market. Since then, the company has successfully expanded their range of display products into the bathroom, flooring and trade related industries and are renowned as the go-to company for displays across a wide range of surface products.
Based in Kent, Vision have successfully honed the business to allow them to provide everything from a one-off display units to large batches of distributor stands and complete showroom fit-outs.
Vision Director and Founder Dave Akerman says: “We are a different business today compared to when we first set up. We are constantly watching our markets to ensure we can provide our customers with exactly what they need. This evolution is a based on responding to customer demands with new design ideas and concepts which we then feed into the market, with them very often become products that are widely accepted and used by our customers.
“In order to respond to these demands we, have over time, had to expand our in-house design team who are capable of all types of display product and manufacturing design, generating both 2D CAD drawings and 3D renders of our products for our customers. In addition, we have adjusted our production facilities so that we can deal with many small bespoke orders as well as the larger, bulk quantities when required. As anyone in manufacturing will tell you, the word bespoke often brings with it a lot of background work just to generate small quantities of product. This can be costly to do but we have worked out methods that enable us to be reactive and efficient, without costs to our customers being unviable.”

Vision has been manufacturing metal tile wall racks for some 20 years or so. Whilst these have been a successful display product widely used throughout the industry; we have now improved the design to give our customers more flexibility.
Put simply – our original racks are manufactured with all the tile support arms pre-welded into a set position. This traditional design has been reliable and popular for years.
However, with our new wall racks, you can now simply move the tile support arms into any of the slots provided. You can even mix up the depth of the arms as required, allowing you to display small and large tiles all on the same rack.
Our unique Slotwall MDF mounting panels are now provided in two parts (lower and upper), which means we can deliver all the parts needed on a single pallet. This halves the cost of delivery and eliminates potential damage caused by over- zealous pallet delivery companies.
WALL MOUNTS – POLISHED AND SATIN BLACK
Crafted from solid steel for maximum strength, this display system is designed to accommodate all tile thicknesses up to 35mm. Its highly polished finish ensures a premium look, perfect for quality showroom appeal. They are now also available in black.
Wall mounts can be used for displaying single tiles or stone products and flooring samples on a wall or display panel area. The mounts are simply fixed to your wall in pairs and the front section is adjusted to suit the thickness of your product.
We keep stock of our standard size which holds products up to 15mm thick. Alternatively, we can modify the mounts to hold products up to 35mm thick if required. These are incredibly strong (subject to your wall fixing) and will hold large-format tiles easily.
