In these strange and challenging times, we aim to unite fixers and those in the tiling industry. We want everybody to stay strong and stay connected, while also giving you the tools to come out of the crisis with all guns blazing, ready to win new jobs and get the industry going again!
That is why we have launched our #StayPositiveBackStronger latest campaign to help everyone in the tiling industry.
With many challenges ahead, we will work to provide ongoing and new support services straight to your home, as well as some light entertainment and more.
Consistency of support
To ensure you have access to all services you require, we have established remote working processes and digitalised functions to ensure we can still provide help and advice to you when face-to-face contact is not preferred or suitable. These include:

• Staff working remotely to provide Technical Advice, Specifications, Product Support, Order Management and Assistance, Sales & Marketing Support and all other services available online, by phone or video conferencing as required.
• Online tools to ensure 24/7 access to product information, guides, industry developments and standards updates, specification development tools and your own business development tools.
• Established safe working practices for any required meetings that continue.

Let’s face it, we’re all a bit bored on lockdown, aren’t we? So, at BAL we’ve come up with some quizzes and challenges to keep you entertained.
