Centurion Safety’s Armis T2 Elite helmet represents the very latest in above-the-neck PPE, leaning on 145 continuous years of expertise in this sector. With a long and distinguished history of designing and manufacturing a broad range of safety equipment in the UK, ranging from military to motorcycle – and everything in between – Centurion’s most recent contribution to head protection arrives in the form of the Armis T2 Elite.
With the recent advent of wearable tech, and the urgency of an industry to modernise, Centurion has designed a product that carries all the typical hallmarks that make Centurion a trusted global leader in its sphere. This is evidenced in its partnership with Quin, enabling the end users to understand analytics of their helmets as they’ve never done before, with all the benefits it brings. Additionally, Centurion Safety has partnered with Twiceme to enable Health and
Safety professionals a secure repository for all relevant medical information of their workforce.
The helmet itself is specifically designed and manufactured from a high-density polypropylene, with internals that can be similarly universally recycled. This is a departure from the typical ABS helmets that dominate the market currently, and gives a clear message to the end user that Centurion is serious about sustainability. Moreover, it has multiple patents pending for its innovative accessory options. Most notably the water- tight detachable peaks and full brims (pictured above), giving the end user customisable options depending on their working environment. The helmet exceeds all the relevant international standards, be it EN 397, EN 12492, Z89.1 Type I & II.
With torch clips and high-grade reflective strips offered as standard, plus an array of more than 20 accessories, the bar has been raised in above-the-neck PPE.
