ELEVATE YOURSUSTAINABLE HYGIENE MANAGEMENT
Tork provides solutions that help elevate cleaning quality, support better hygiene and
improve sustainability performance, by optimising efficiency and cleaning resources. Tork is a global brand in workplace hygiene. We are passionate about helping you improve your business – from raising the bottom line to making your work life better. This is the ambition that drives our people and our cutting-edge innovations in circularity, well-being and health. Tork leads the way with insights and innovation when it comes to empowering customers with the right knowledge, hygiene products and services to promote sustainable hygiene management.
Anna Königson Koopmans, Marketing Director Commercial for Essity’s professional hygiene business, says: “Sustainable hygiene management is key in professional cleaning – be it in workplaces and offices or in the healthcare sector. Knowing that the expectations from visitors, employees, cleaning staff, patients and environmental service workers regarding cleaning and hygiene are higher than ever, this year’s event plays an important role.”
For Tork, it is not only about contributing to an ever-improving hygiene standard to make sure people are safe. Delivering sustainable solutions has become key. “Customers are taking a more holistic look at ways to improve their cleaning operations by selecting products and services that help reduce waste and are efficient and sustainable. By delivering sustainable hygiene management we can make a difference in the market – and provide tailored hygiene solutions for our customers,” says Koopmans.
With more pressure than ever being placed on facilities managers to ensure healthy and hygienic environments, it is important they have the tools to meet their daily challenges. It can be hard to predict when dispensers are likely to run out, and repeated washroom checks are undesirable, however, technology can help to solve this problem.

Tork Vision Cleaning allows cleaners to remotely check on which dispensers are running low via ‘connected’ washroom dispensers. This allows them to top up the units whenever it suits them, avoiding the risk of run-outs. The Tork Vision Cleaning software also allows managers to digitally plan out cleaning rounds, ensuring that all routes are optimised. Every task is logged in order to improve cleaning efficiency and prevent vital jobs from falling through the cracks.
In addition, the world’s first recycling service for paper towels, Tork PaperCircle, enables businesses to reduce their environmental footprint by 40% by creating a closed loop system for used washroom hand towels. These are collected by Tork PaperCircle sustainability partners and taken to local recycling centres where they are turned into other tissue products.
As a global professional hygiene brand, Tork helps customers elevate their sustainable hygiene management. And as part of Essity, we’re dedicated to serving your needs in a sustainable way – saving you time, money and effort so you can focus on what matters most to your business.
The expertise of Tork in terms of functional design and sustainability – along with its extensive hygiene knowledge – has made the brand a market leader. Besides offering Tork hygiene and health systems, Essity also manufactures baby care, feminine care and incontinence products, plus medical solutions under a range of brands including Tena, Jobst, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda and Zewa.
