BELLROCK ACQUIRES FASSET
HOLDINGS LTD The technology-enabled compliance and risk management company, Bellrock, has acquired Fasset Holdings Ltd, an FM consultancy and delivery firm.
With nearly 200 employees, Fasset is headquartered in Havant and brings increased geographical strength to the Bellrock group. It also widens our customer reach within the technology and utilities markets
ABM UK RETAINS LONDON’S CITY HALL CONTRACT
ABM UK has been awarded a further five-year contract with the Greater London Authority (GLA) to provide City Hall with office and public area cleaning and porterage services. The win follows several recent contract awards for prestigious local government and commercial office, banking and finance environments.
ABM will deliver daily housekeeping, cleaning, porterage, hygiene and laundry services as part of the contract for The GLA’s prestigious headquarters in Southwark and also their demised space within the London Fire Brigade’s HQ.
The retention will see ABM’s attentive and collaborative approach to embedding sustainable practices continuing, including the use of
water-based cleaning solutions and products which are 100% environmentally-friendly. In addition, as a high-profile building, maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment will continue to be at the top of the company’s agenda, delivered by a flexible, experienced and hard-working team.

First Security will continue to provide a range of key services at more than 90 of the BBC’s buildings across the UK, including iconic sites such as MediaCityUK in Salford Quays and New Broadcasting House in central London.
This acquisition is the tenth over the last two and a half years completed together with investor Horizon Capital LLP. It further enhances Bellrock’s growing reputation across the facilities and property market as a technology and compliance led alternative to the traditional TFM approach.

First Security provides the national broadcaster with services such as: static and mobile security patrols; close protection; mobile keyholding; risk assessments and operating control rooms, alarm systems and CCTV.
In addition, the new contract includes investment in technology such as a tool to help individuals manage risk via an App and implementing improvements to security resilience.
