GROSVENOR SERVICES EXPANDS BUSINESS ACROSS FOUR KEY UNIBAIL- RODAMCO-WESTFIELD


DESTINATIONS Grosvenor Services has announced the retention of its facilities management contract at Europe’s largest shopping centre, Westfield London, marking a significant achievement in our long-standing partnership with Unibail-Rodamco- Westfield (URW).


Alongside this retention, Grosvenor has successfully expanded this relationship with three additional shopping centres to provide comprehensive cleaning, facilities management, and environmental services. This multi-million partnership includes three new locations: Westfield Stratford City, and Centrale & Whitgift in Croydon.


Originally awarded in 2016, the URW contract exemplifies Grosvenor’s commitment to service


PRINCIPLE RETAINS THE GHERKIN IN THREE-YEAR DEAL


Principle Cleaning Services has been awarded a three-year contract extension at 30 St Mary Axe, also known as the Gherkin, one of London’s most iconic buildings.


The new deal, awarded after a competitive tender, will see Principle, which has worked with 30 St Mary Axe for over a decade, continue to provide horizontal and internal and external vertical services along with waste management, pest control, stone cleaning and washroom services.


Designed by Foster + Partners as London’s first ecological tall building, it stands 180 metres high with 40 floors - primarily of office space and Searcys providing private function rooms and a restaurant and bar area on the top three floors.
