TOMORROW’S CARE AWARDS 2018 And the winners are...
Aſter a successful inauguration in 2017, we brought the Tomorrow’s Care Awards back for 2018 and can now officially reveal the top 10 winners.
Aſter much deliberation, we whittled down a huge list of reader nominations to just 25 finalists which were announced at the end of 2017 and published in the Tomorrow’s Care Awards Guide 2018. Following a public vote, the results have now been counted and verified and I am delighted to share the winners with you.
TOP TEN PRODUCTS & SERVICES 1ST PLACE
Katrin Inclusive Dispensers Metsä Tissue
Taking the top spot we have Metsä Tissue with its Katrin Inclusive Dispensers range.
The Katrin Inclusive Range of Dispenser has been designed to enhance ease of use for public washrooms, taking into account the needs of a wide selection of users, including children, the elderly and those who are visually-impaired or have physical disabilities.
With Katrin Inclusive Dispensers, the paper is easy to remove. Contrasting colours make the dispenser openings easy to see. Large “push faces” are effortless to use, and braille text also helps the visually-impaired.
In addition, the new range of dispensers includes features to enable ease of installation and maintenance. The transparent housing lets maintenance personnel see where to drill screw holes, and transparent side panels show at a glance how much consumable is leſt. The dispensers can be keyed or keyless, and have their keys on the back plate of the dispenser, so they never get lost in transit.
