The device operates via GSM and GPS networks with no roaming charges. One Touch has a unique soſtware, which is available exclusively from Supra UK. One Touch works anywhere in Europe, giving your loved ones the freedom to continue living without limitations. The powerful yet unobtrusive movement-monitoring soſtware provides traceability and peace of mind to healthcare providers and loved ones.
Users are provided with an SOS device which, when pressed, will call up to three contacts at the same time and allows clear two-way conversation with the responder.

Geo-fencing ‘safe’ or ‘danger’ zones can be set up to trigger a call when the user exits or enters one of these areas. This function is particularly useful for people living with dementia. A breadcrumb operation also allows the system administrator to view the history of the device’s movements and request a live location update.
One Touch administration system can be accessed and used through any internet-enabled device without relying on the use of apps. The system is quick and straightforward to set-up, and each portal is tailored to suit the administrator’s needs.
The One Touch device is water and dust resistant to IP54, ensuring that it is suitable for outdoor use. A quick-release, anti-ligature lanyard protects the wearer from injury in the event of a fall.

The unit can fully recharge in 2-4 hours. One Touch uses very little power when not in use- unless the SOS button is pressed frequently, the battery will easily last more than a couple of days. If the battery gets too low, all three emergency contacts will receive a notification so that the device can be recharged promptly.
