Equipment servicing and support We have pioneered national equipment servicing for over 20 years and have a range of tailor-made packages offering everything from ‘light touch’ to fully inclusive fixed cost solutions.
In addition to our national network of skilled engineers, we also offer a video calling service – Smartcall – which is designed to diagnose and fix simple equipment issues, such as blockages, via video call. Not only does this minimise equipment downtime, it also means we are focusing on sending our engineers to fix real equipment issues.
Quality equipment to suit every need We continuously look at our product range, and the benefits and opportunities they offer our customers, in order to be able to fulfil a complete solution. We have three equipment ranges offering different features depending on the individual customer requirements, meaning we have all bases covered.
V-LINE – Value Range The V-Line range is our low-cost equipment offering that allows customers to install and manage their own cleaning equipment. All machine operating instructions and training videos can be accessed through the ICE App, meaning that there is no need for customers to book time for ICE to train their staff. Plus, for machine diagnostics, customers can simply call us through the ICE App, and they’ll be connected directly to a member of our Helpdesk team who will help fix simple machine issues.
COMMERCIAL – Core Range Our core equipment line offers a fully comprehensive range of machines for all environments. From tub vacuums to pedestrian scrubber dryers and rotaries to road sweepers, our core range has it covered. All equipment in this range can be purchased outright or on a rental option – either short-term or long-term hire.

The ICE Robo 3 is the most advanced fully autonomous cleaning machine on the market. Thanks to its unique laser and sensor technology, it can clean complex areas in a thorough and uniform manner for up to six hours.
Innovation and technology We work tirelessly as team to research new ground-breaking propositions, and really push boundaries to set ourselves apart with leading differentiators. Innovation is extremely important to us, and we strive to stay ahead of the game in both equipment and technological advances, and this year will be no different.
During the early part of the year we will be introducing Aqua Smart (Non Stop Cleaning) to our range – an innovative system which recycles and filters the water used to clean floors. The same water can be re-used for a week (based on 3-4 hours use per day), which not only dramatically reduces water consumption, but also saves the cleaning operator time as they don’t have to keep emptying and re-filling the machine.
Not only does this type of system benefit the environment, it also helps businesses increase cleaning productivity and reduce wasted time. As no stops are needed to empty, clean and refill the machine, it is possible to save up to 25% of man hours in a year. Plus, this self-cleaning filtering system can result in savings of up to 90% on water costs associated with cleaning.
