To take full advantage of the system, QR codes and SMART trackers are fitted to your cleaning equipment and transmit key data, providing full visibility of assets and service history, enabling you to monitor equipment usage and schedule maintenance according to run-time hours.

All support cases are immediately available to our Scheduling team, allowing them to be quickly scheduled to one of our nationwide engineers.


This means that your cleaning operatives can use the ICE Smartcall video support service without needing to download and install an App. They can speak to an ICE engineer remotely, improving ESG and reducing your carbon footprint without compromising service.
