Welcome to the 24/25 Tomorrow’s Cleaning Products & Services Guide
At the time of writing, we’re not far away from Interclean Amsterdam 2024, arguably the cleaning industry’s biggest global event, and there’s a lot to be excited about for the industry’s biennial return to RAI Amsterdam.
Given the pace of technological advancements in the sector and the continued
rise in popularity of sustainable products and programmes, the industry is more forward-looking than ever before, and Interclean will no doubt prove to be an
incredible place for the debut new innovations, ideas and projects that will shape the next few years.
Even with this ahead of us, it’s not been smooth sailing for the cleaning, hygiene and waste industry over the last 12 months. Despite demand continuing to rise since the doldrums of the pandemic, issues with the supply chain and rising costs have continued to maintain pressure in all corners of the industry.
There’s hope that things are going to improve somewhat this year, and it started on 1 January when the Level 2 Cleaning Hygiene Operative Apprenticeship officially launched. The Apprenticeship allows companies to finally use
Apprenticeship Levy funds to invest in their staff with a work-related cleaning qualification – a welcome step for companies and recognition of the industry overall. We’ll be bringing you more industry news as the year goes on in the monthly edition of Tomorrow’s Cleaning, along with stories on our website.
We trust that you will find this comprehensive guide to the cleaning world useful, as inside this handy Products & Services Guide you will find all the necessary
information from the key players across all sectors of the industry. From carpet cleaning to wipes and microfibres, dosing equipment to waste management, it’s all here in this definitive guide to the cleaning industry.
We hope this serves you well over the next 12 months – and here’s to a great year ahead!
