Domus Tiles Introduces Fila Surface Care Solutions
Domus Tiles has introduced a
range of Fila surface care products throughout its showrooms. The award-winning range offers care and maintenance solutions for all surfaces – from porcelain to natural stone – with products including cleaners, sealers and trouble-shooting treatments.

PU Antislip Solves Any Slippery
Situations Dr. Schutz, the German floor care company, is offering the flooring industry a revolutionary sealer – PU Antislip.
Applied to resilient floors, PU Antislip offers long term protection, and most importantly, slip- prevention to comply with current European legislation. Health and safety is of paramount importance and slip related incidents represent an increasingly high percentage of work and home accidents.
Dr. Schutz’s PU Antislip is simple to use with its ease of application. The product comes as a drum of a two part PU matt sealer and an Antislip additive package. The two products are mixed together on-site with thorough stirring. The mixed sealer is then simply rolled out evenly on to the floor.
The product forms a hard wearing sealant film of outstanding durability, around 40 microns of thinkness –

Initial wash products will include FILA Deterdek and FILACLEANER, whilst protectors will include LEED-approved, solvent-free impregnator, FILAMP90 Eco Plus. at a fraction of the time and expense of an entire floor replacement. PU Sealer has been carefully designed to combat floor wear and tear. It is a water based, eco-friendly sealant which can be used on most types of flooring, including vinyl, tile and epoxy resin. It is applied as a lacquer seal which is then carefully layered over worn flooring, creating a new floor on top of the old surface.
Adding 40 microns of protective thickness to floors, PU Sealer extends the lifespan by up to six times and provides a lasting clear matt finish. Thanks to the permanent sealing, it protects against friction and discolouration from chemical spillages. This process does not require any equipment to be dismantled.
Due to the short drying time, there is a fast return to operational use. Unlike other floor refurbishment services, the process does not produce any noise or dirt. A standard renovation can be completed in a weekend, providing no disruption to the day to day running of the practice.
