THE MANCHESTER CLEANING SHOW 2026 GUIDE

2Pure Products STAND: E14

Visitors to stand E14 at the Manchester Cleaning Show (18–19 February) will see 2Pure Products’ range of certified carbon neutral products.

James Law, 2Pure Products’ Director, said: “Customers already benefit from OdorBac Tec4 literally doing it all, from cleaning to deodorising, and now we are proud to announce that all 2Pure products are fully carbon neutral.

“Understanding the pressing need to reduce carbon and properly understand the environmental impact of our products, we employed independent experts McGrady Clarke and Metsims to conduct a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to cover every stage of each product’s journey.

“Following the requirements of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol and the ISO 14040 and 14044 standards for LCA to ensure our evaluations met globally recognised best practice, we were able to focus specifically on greenhouse emissions throughout the life cycle and identify ‘Hot Spots’ for change.

“Since starting the business, we have ensured we operate as sustainably as possible. Manufactured in the UK using renewable energy sources, all our 100% recyclable plastic containers are made from 100% recycled plastic using 88% less energy, 59% less water and 71% less CO2

Makita UK STAND: G01

Makita will return to the Manchester Cleaning Show 2026 to demonstrate how its XGT 40VMax platform is raising the bar for cordless cleaning performance. Visitors can find the team on stand G01 at Manchester Central on 18-19 February, where the focus will be on powerful, manoeuvrable machines built for professional use. Visitors will also have the opportunity to speak directly with Makita’s team of experts to discuss applications, challenges and solutions.

At the centre of the stand is Makita’s XGT 40V Max battery system, designed to deliver high output and consistent power across a wide range of equipment. By providing more power from a single platform, XGT allows Makita to design cleaning machines that are compact, well balanced and easy to handle, even for the most demanding environments.

A key product on display will be the CL004G cordless power brush stick vacuum. Lightweight and versatile, the vacuum is designed for fast, efficient cleaning, with a motorised brush for strong pickup and a cyclone dust box that extends cleaning performance.

Also featured will be Makita’s extensive cordless cleaning range, including backpack, upright, tub, handheld and robotic vacuum cleaners, a walk-behind vacuum sweeper and a scrubber polisher. All machines are powered by

“All 2Pure products are also designed to be used in our LoopBox reusable container system that allows packaging to be collected, washed and refilled in a continuous cycle. This doesn’t just stop plastic waste; it also cuts carbon emissions associated with producing and transporting new containers.

“We have committed to reducing our carbon impact by at least 5% per year and have partnered with Gold Standard to offset the remaining emissions with verified environmental and social value projects. We also believe responsible manufacturers should account for the ‘in-use’ phase of the product life cycle and will add extra Gold Standard carbon credits for this, making our products carbon negative at point of purchase.”

The stand will also highlight Makita’s wider cordless range to demonstrate how one battery can power everything from cleaning equipment to blowers, cordless power washers and other tools, offering a flexible and efficient solution for cleaning professionals and facilities management teams. Visitors can also book on-site trials of Makita equipment, allowing them to see how the machines perform in their own working environments.
