THE MANCHESTER CLEANING SHOW 2026 GUIDE HEALTHCARE HYGIENE
The Northern Powerhouse returns
Why the Manchester Cleaning Show 2026 is unmissable for the industry. Here’s what they had to say:
Exhibiting at industry events remains one of the most powerful ways for businesses to expand their networks, build company visibility and drive commercially valuable conversations. For businesses in cleaning, hygiene, facilities management and the wider operational sector, the Manchester Cleaning Show is one of those pivotal moments.
David Garcia, Chair of the British Cleaning Council (BCC), which co-produces the Cleaning Show, summed it up clearly. He said: “The Cleaning Show is a fantastic showcase for one of the UK’s biggest and most important sectors. It offers the ideal opportunity for exhibitors to present their products and services to a key audience. Attendees can find out about the latest products and services, hear firsthand from industry experts about essential industry topics as well and get the chance to network with colleagues and make some new friends. All this in one place, and it’s free to register to attend.”
Returning to Manchester Central on the 18-19 February 2026, the event will once again bring together buyers, influencers, manufacturers, distributors and decisionmakers from across the north and beyond. The two-day exhibition offers what many describe as an unbeatable mix of community and hands-on discovery.
To understand why businesses are choosing to exhibit again in 2026, and what value they see in being part of the Manchester show, we spoke with four organisations exhibiting next year:
• Jo Gilliard, CEO of Jangro.
What attracted you to the show, and why are you returning to exhibit again?
For many exhibitors, the Manchester event delivers significant strategic value and regional connections.
Jo Gilliard from Jangro said: “As a national business headquartered in the North West, exhibiting at the Manchester Cleaning Show offered the ideal opportunity to engage with our northern customer base while reinforcing our commitment to supporting industry events across the UK.”
Holly Greenhalgh from Killis echoed this sentiment, describing it as Killis’ “home show of the North” and as “one of the industry’s most anticipated events”. Holly added that the last show delivered high-quality conversations and strong “leads across hospitality, healthcare, the public sector and facilities management”.
For Helena Kelly from SC Johnson Professional, returning was an easy decision. She stated: “Our previous experience at The Cleaning Show was overwhelmingly positive. The energy, engagement and quality of conversations we had with attendees reaffirmed the value of this event. Returning in 2026 was a natural decision – it’s an essential touchpoint for us to stay connected with the industry.”
Diego Gramegna from Lucart discussed the benefits of returning. He commented: “Exhibiting at the Manchester Cleaning Show is an invaluable opportunity for us to connect directly with industry professionals, distributors and end-users. It allows us to showcase our commitment to sustainability and innovation, while gaining insights into emerging trends and customer needs.”
• Holly Greenhalgh, Marketing Manager at Killis. What can visitors expect to see from
you at the event? Innovation is set to be a defining theme for the 2026 exhibition, with each company preparing to showcase forward-thinking solutions on the show floor.
• Helena Kelly, UK Customer Marketing Manager at SC Johnson Professional.
Jo said: “At the Manchester Cleaning Show, we will be focusing on sustainability from our fully recycled Airstream stand. We will be spotlighting advancements within our NTRL range and unveiling innovative new developments we are very excited to share.
• Diego Gramegna, Brand & Communication Marketing Manager AFH, at Lucart.
“Our learning and development tools will be showcased, including our LMS, because empowering teams with knowledge and best practices is just as important as supplying the right product.”
Holly added that Killis is bringing what the teams describe 52 | TOMORROW'S CLEANING
