Situated in a prime location in Mayfair, 50 Grosvenor Hill is one of the latest, luxury flexible workspaces by Grosvenor. Interior Designers at Kinersley Kent Design chose Havwoods’ innovative Magna Walnut in Herringbone as the flooring for a number of areas within the two-storey building.

Offering exceptional practical benefits as well as beautiful design advantages, Havwoods’ Magna is a magnetic raised access flooring system of tongue and groove engineered wood. It is ideal for commercial projects thanks to its significantly quicker install time and easy maintenance; it also boasts a short lead time of just four weeks. For this project, the Walnut finish was selected in a herringbone pattern to bring a luxurious feel to the prestigious workspace. Complementing the monochrome accents and rich palette of blue, green and gold, the flooring creates a wonderfully cohesive scheme that feels both welcoming and uplifting.
