Spring is just around the corner so hopefully, by the time you read this, the weather will have taken a turn for the better and we’ll be enjoying longer days, lighter evenings and a bit of sunshine. At this time of year, as everyone starts to look forward to spending more time outside, homeowners and facilities mangers put their exterior renovation or maintenance projects to the top of the agenda.

With inside space often at a premium and the growing trend for embracing nature in design, architects and interior designers often seek to create a seamless transition between the inside and out.
