& SERVICES ducts and services in the flooring industry. FORBO DIRECT:

IT’S ON ITS WAY… Forbo Flooring Systems is pleased to announce the return of Forbo Direct, a delivery scheme that allows Forbo’s direct customers to order up to 500m2 of selected Tessera carpet tiles, with guaranteed delivery within five working days.

Running from 1 March to 31 December 2020, the delivery service applies to two of Forbo’s best-selling carpet tile ranges: Tessera Layout and Outline. A contemporary palette of 20 Layout colours and six co-ordinated striped designs from Outline will be available through Forbo Direct, all in the 50cm x 50cm tile format.

Ensuring confidence in stock availability, the scheme removes the need for customers to contact Forbo and check stock levels. Instead, direct account holders can simply place orders of up to 500m2

per colourway and trust that

it will be delivered within five working days. If this promise is not fulfilled, then customers will receive £500 back.

Janet Lowe, head of marketing UK & Ireland at Forbo Flooring Systems,

said: “We are delighted to be bringing Forbo Direct back on to the market for contractors, as the scheme is designed to make their lives easier. We know that product lead times can often be an issue, particularly for projects that require a quick turnaround or where storage opportunities on site are limited or prohibitive, but Forbo Direct provides the reassurance of guaranteed stock and fast delivery times.

“Items that are usually available on such quick turnaround are typically less popular ranges as stocks are high, however Forbo Direct offers contractors the opportunity to access two of our most popular modular

flooring ranges - and very quickly – thanks to the five-working day delivery promise. Not only does this provide the contractor peace of mind, but their clients will also benefit massively.”

Popular within classrooms and office spaces, the low-level loop, solution-dyed Tessera Layout and Outline ranges have a chunky texture to provide end users with a tactile and contemporary vibe. The light to dark colour palette of Layout and the clean lines of Outline means contractors can combine them seamlessly to create striking transitional designs, or use them separately to define a variety of spaces or areas.
