When it comes to heating floors that are finished with a wood, carpet or vinyl floorcovering, ThermoSphere Foil is the perfect fit. The 1.2mm cushioning overlay (slip layer) protects the heating cables from any abrasion caused by a floating floor finish. The 5mm cushioning underlay allows the heating cable to lie in a protected layer which further reduces the chance of abrasion and reduces the height build-up by 1.5mm.
