ISOCRETE FLOWING K TRANSFORMS SCREED OPPORTUNITIES FOR

SPECIFIERS Following extensive research and development and a rigorous testing programme, Flowcrete has now launched the latest in liquid screed technology to the specification sector – Isocrete Flowing K.

Building on more than 50 years of sector experience, the new system brings all the benefits of the market leading Isocrete K-Screed - the product of choice for architects, specifiers and contractors on some of the UK’s largest and most prestigious projects – in a completely new flowing format to offer next generation capabilities underfoot.

Offering compelling speed of application benefits, less waste and exceptional strength, Isocrete Flowing K is applied through Flowcrete’s licensed contractor network.

Its unique formulation allows the system to be trafficked in as little as 24 hours, depending on site conditions.

Available in three different compressive strength formulations, it can be laid bonded, unbonded or as a floating screed and offers a lower thickness profile when compared to standard screed build ups.

David Black, Construction

“It offers exceptional speed of installation, with up to 500m² able to be laid in 24 hours – making it five times faster drying than a standard screed.

“Isocrete Flowing K has also been developed to comply with all relevant Building Standards, and deliver a high compressive strength, at a reduced thickness.”
