BUSINESS BENEFITS WITH THE MASTER

INSTALLER BADGE As the only Quick-Step approved installers, professionals holding the prestigious Master Installer card are able to enjoy a range of exclusive business benefits, most notably a manufacturer-backed lifetime warranty on workmanship.

Alongside this, all Master Installers feature on the Quick-Step website, which in 2020 received more than 14,000 searches for installers. And as more and more consumers become accustomed to online shopping but want expert installation, this number is likely to increase.

Lee Thompson, Technical and Procurement Manager, Academy for Excellence in Flooring, said: “Undoubtedly, the lifetime workmanship warranty is a big reason for consumers to select a Master Installer to fit their new Quick-Step wood, laminate or LVT floor. Being listed on the Quick-Step website, which received over 100,000 stockist enquiries in 2020 alone, is a big reason for professionals to become a Master Installer. Its a valuable stream of enquiries from customers looking for quality.”

Master Installers are also given access to the Quick-Step stockist database within their area, allowing them to build links with any of the brand’s outlets
