It’s a Clean Sweep for hire firm


Specialist commercial cleaning hire company, Clean Sweep Hire, are ramping up their national expansion plans after acquiring a space within parent company Kärcher’s Head Quarters in Banbury.


The expansion comes in the wake of contract wins including Enfield Council, Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, Liverpool One shopping complex, Ascot Racecourse and more.


Stephen Dennis, Managing Director of Clean Sweep Hire, said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for us here at Clean Sweep. Holchem ato acquire Ecolab


Ecolab Inc, the global water, hygiene and energy technologies and services company, has acquired Holchem Group Limited.


Holchem is a UK-based supplier of hygiene and cleaning products and services for the food and beverage, foodservice and hospitality industries. Operating in the UK and Ireland, Holchem’s 2017 sales were approximately £43m.

The acquisition will be subject to clearance by the Competition and Markets Authority, which is expected to occur in early 2019. Both businesses will continue to operate separately until the acquisition has been cleared.
