Welcome to edition three of our London-focused zine from Continental Chef Supplies, part of Lockhart Catering Equipment & the wider Bunzl PLC. In this issue we have a bumper feature on all things Darjeeling Express; with a focus on Maham Anjum Pottery and an interview with Chef Owner Asma Khan. We also showcase a brand new Chefs Clothing partner, and include another destination restaurant just a train ride from the city. We also welcomes Chef Thomas Leatherbarrow into our Innovation Centre recently, where he cooked up a storm on our Astera Tableware and spoke to us for our “5 Minutes With...” Feature.
