Your power inverter’s effi ciency is
more than 100 %?
If your power inverter measurements show an effi ciency of more than 100 % or if the measured values simply sound too good to be true then the reason is very likely a measurement error cau- sed by phase shift.
Every current sensor produces a gradually in- creasing phase error in the high-frequency region which can make precise measurements on SiC & GaN based applications quite diffi cult.
