In Gas Analyser, the CS Hound Daul Analyser offers a fast and S and CO2

in natural gas, biogas, and air.

Employing microprocessor-based technology, the CS Hound provides continuous online analysis based on NDIR sensor for electrochemical cell technologies.

In operation, gas analysed for H2 S and CO2 is regulated to 10 psi, then controlled

to a fl ow of approximately 1.5 SCFH. The gas is, then, introduced to an electrochemical detection element and NDIR sensor that provides an output proportional to gas concertation. A 4-20mA DC output is analysed by an advanced microprocessor and related software. A touch-screen LCD provides current and previous readings, historical and real-time charts, alarm conditions, and failure indicators.

The CS Hounds offers ppm level measurement of CO2 from 0-500 ppm/v up to 100% by volume and H2 S from 0-2000 ppm by

volume. The analyser provides concentration and diagnostic alarms via Modbus and the sensor. The operating temperature range is -10°C to 50°C, with units built for operation in Division 2 (Zone 2) hazardous locations. The CS Hound Online process analyser is low maintenance, with limited moving parts. It requires no paper tapes, solutions, or scrubber media for gas detection. Wetted parts and quality materials ensure long-term operation in process streams without reactions.

The CAP3070 has a robust design, which is insensitive to vibrations and shocks, and highly advanced technology that prevents soot clogging. This analyser operates without the need for operation fl uids and features an ergonomic and user-friendly interface. Customers can select either a short (1m) or long (4m) heated probe (100°C) to match their specifi c requirements, further highlighting Capelec’s commitment to tailoring solutions to the requirements of the end user. Capelec also recently introduced the PTI-PN calibration and adjustment kit which provides a fully traceable solution for the calibration and adjustment of the particle analyser, within the criteria of ISO 17025 standards.

Highly accurate air quality sensor awarded MCERTS

certifi cation

Kunak have announced a signifi cant milestone; their innovative device Kunak AIR Pro has been awarded with prestigious MCERTS certifi cation, to confi rm this air quality

sensor’s unsurpassed and dependability. The MCERTS certifi cation is an endorsement

of the Kunak AIR Pro’s exceptional ability to measure multiple airborne pollutants, including PM2.5 and PM10 gases and particulates. This versatility makes it ideal for monitoring pollution events in diverse environments, including urban conglomerations, industrial and construction sites, mines to name just a few. In addition, MCERTS certifi cation sets a rigorous standard for air quality emissions monitoring equipment, ensuring that the Kunak AIR Pro meets the most stringent data quality standards.

The Kunak AIR Pro not only provides precise measurements, but also positions itself as an essential tool for organisations committed to improving air quality and complying with environmental regulations. With its MCERTS certifi cation backed by independent studies, the Kunak AIR Pro establishes itself as the ideal choice for air quality monitoring in all sectors.

further affi rm its important role in the European pollution monitoring sector Capelec has announced that its CAP3070 Particle Analyser has received approval from PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) in Germany. The CAP3070’s new certifi cation, which is in addition to approvals from national regulatory bodies in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland, highlights the instrument’s exceptional performance and adherence to rigorous industry standards. Capelec’s CAP3070 Particle Analyser is a versatile solution for pollution monitoring. It can be used as a stand-alone system under the Windows platform or in conjunction with Capelec’s gas analyser and opacimeter modules, providing fl exibility and ease of use to operators. A key development of Capelec’s CAP3070 is its compatibility with the growing demand for particle counting in Periodic Technical Inspections (PTIs) across several European countries. Capelec has introduced a quick and reliable solution for the accurate measurement of particle-number concentration. The CAP3070 operates using the Extended Diffusion Charging measuring principle, a technology that has been developed to support PTI evaluations effectively. This particle counter stands out as an extremely effi cient solution to meet the stringent requirements of many new European directives.
