How you can get involved


FROM helping us design our new website to giving feedback on our repairs service, customers at Dunedin Canmore are helping us shape services more than ever before. There are lots of ways that you can get involved and influence what we do.


Here are some of them. Our Customer Forum meets


four times a year and is open to all customers. Its one of the main ways we consult customers.


Our Forum Working Groups meet to review policies and make recommendations to the main forum.


Our Customer Panel meets


monthly to look at how Dunedin Canmore is performing in areas such as repairs, investment and other services.


Registered Tenants’


Organisations (RTOs) RTOs represent their areas and work with our staff on community issues.


Regular surveys are carried out to help us learn in more detail what customers want and how we’re doing.
