Clean Your Tap Water of Toxins and Chemicals By Kenny Lu

Studies have shown that being just 10% dehydrated can lead to chronic illnesses, and being as little as 2% dehydrated shows a measurable cognitive loss. New research is showing us how the health of our cells is directly tied to the structure of the water inside of them. We’re all familiar with the three phases of water—liquid, solid (ice), and gas (steam). The discovery of structured water introduced a fourth phase, in which water takes on a thicker, plasma-like form. Struc- tured water is only 10% denser but substantially more organized, leading to measurably higher water concentration at the molecular level, allowing for faster and more effective cellular absorption.
