EXCITING NEW UNAFFILIATED EVENTING SERIES LAUNCHED FOR 2021

he organisersofseven leading horse trials have come together to launch an exciting newunaffiliated league


leading to aprestigious final at FrickleyPark in September. Known as the BriganteCup,the seriesgets


underway at Epworth Horse Trials on April 25 and will be run at 80cm, 90cm and 100cm level. Qualifiersfor the prestigious final will take placeat: Epworth –April 24 Eland Lodge –May 2 Breckenbrough –May 15 Shelford– June 1 Eland Lodge –June 12 Northallerton –July 18 Cholmondley– August7or8 Epworth –August15 Northallerton –August29 Shelford– August30 Frickley–September 12 and 13 –Grand Final Said Helen Bell, organiser of the Breckenbrough qualifier: “Asagroup of organiserswewanted to come together to lift the levelofunaffiliatedeventing available for competitorsand the plan is coming together really well. “All the qualifiersare at greatvenuesand to

completing along arena dressage test in front of the Hall at Frickley, followedbya championship standardcross-country course, beforethe finale of reverseorder showjumping to crownthe champions at 80cm, 90cm and 100cm levels.
