SPITFIRE HOMES HOUSEBUILDER LAUNCHES 1,000 HOMES VISION
Recent land acquisitions have seen the value of Spitfire’s development pipeline exceed £350m as it gears up to deliver over 1,000 new homes across the Midlands including collections in Birmingham, Gloucestershire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
“Responding to growing demand for our homes, we’re bringing our design-led approach to a wider marketplace. Spitfire Homes will bring the best of both worlds, with a new product range for more customers, while continuing to develop signature properties through our Bespoke Collection.”
These targets are backed by a new product range, opening up Spitfire’s homes to a wider customer base. The business is also seeking further land opportunities within a 60-minute drive time from its Solihull headquarters.
