Travis Miskowitz is a manager in the CFO Advisory Group for Wiss, a top 100 Accounting and Advisory firm located in NJ. Following the CARES Act since the bill was passed in 2020, Travis is a PPP and Stimulus program expert having appeared on 3 AICPA Town Hall events discussing emerging issues and Wiss’ client first approach in dealing with the PPP loan


program. A frequent contributor to publications including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Business Insider, and Money magazine, Travis is often called upon to provide clarity and relevant/tactical guidance around the PPP and other beneficial programs available to small businesses.

Rick Alaniz has been at the forefront of labor and employment law for over thirty-five years. He began his legal career as a trial attorney with the U.S. Dept. of Labor, served on the President’s Cost of Living Council during the Nixon Administration and also held prominent posts within the National Labor Relations Board where he coordinated the NLRB’s enforcement actions in the five-state Midwestern region.

Dr. Ken Mayland is President of ClearView Economics, LLC, a firm specializing in economic research and forecasting. Ken was previously the Chief Economist of two major financial institutions. Dr. Ken graduated with degrees in economics from MIT and the University of Pennsylvania (M.A. and Ph.D.). He has spent more than 45 years studying the business cycle in order to provide economic analyses to a variety of constituencies, and has won prestigious awards for his forecasting accuracy. He is “mostly retired,” but continues to keep close tabs on the economy for his former clients with his monthly “ESSENTIAL Charts Update from ClearView Economics, LLC.”

Peter Adams leads business strategy for Aldrich Technology. Prior to Aldrich, Peter founded and ran Lighthouse Information Systems, a West Coast technology consultancy focused on leading clients through technological and operational challenges in order to promote growth and facilitate successful systems. While running Lighthouse for more than 35 years, Peter served clients across countless industries, including agriculture, construction, manufacturing, medical device production, and technology. Before Lighthouse, he worked as a deployment specialist in the healthcare information systems arena. His approach to IT work lies in consulting clients through complex projects to achieve their ultimate business objectives. Peter is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz, with a degree in Biology and Chemistry, and of Oxford University’s Advanced Management Program (AMP).
