He began working for the firm as a trainee in June 2018 and has been mentored by Partner, David Bashforth, throughout his studies. He is now beginning to grow his own client base, while continuing to assist David and expand his qualifications to achieve chartered status. Melanie Coleman began working


as a Personal Assistant to Partner Martin Birch almost two years ago and is now a Paraplanner, analysing client information and risk, conducting cash flow planning and preparing reports. She achieved the RO1 Financial Regulation and Ethics qualification earlier this year and is currently studying the RO4
