EVENTING SPRING CARNIVAL CANCELLED FOR 2021

Thoresby Park, April 1to3will not go-ahead. The organisersled by BEDE’sStuart


Buntine have been monitoring the situation closely but in recent days it is becoming ever moreclear that it is unlikely COVID-19 restrictions will ease very soon. Said Stuart: “Thoresby Park is afantastic


venue,and we were very relievedwhen we were able to re-routethe autumn Osberton International Horse Trials to the venue. “Weran what quickly became known as


‘Thoresberton’ to much praise from riders, ownersand sponsorsthanks to the effortsof Thoresby Park’s, Gregor Pierrepont and the team. “In order to run The Eventing Spring Carnival


in April, work needed to start in early February, which has meant we have had to makethe difficultdecision to cancel this year’s event and plan towards abigger and better 2022. “AseveratBEDE Events we areapositive

NATIONAL DRIVING EVENT COMES TO OSBERTON T


his year’s Osberton International Horse Trials will also playhosttoanational driving eventfor the very firsttime. Following the huge success of aregional


driving trials in 2019,the team at organiser’s BEDE Events arepulling out all the stops to bring top-levelsport to the Osberton Estate from October 1to3,2021. Sponsored by Bennington Carriagesthere


will be classesfor single,pairsand teams with the competition one of just five national event planned forthe year. With the magnificent backdrop of the


Osberton Estate and effortsinplaceto develop an exciting newwater complexon the marathon, manyofthe country’sleading namesare set to take part. The trials will include sections for: Novice


Single Horse,NoviceSingle Pony,Intermediate Single Horse,IntermediateSingle Pony,Open Single Horse,OpenSingle Pony,Advanced Single Horse,Advanced Single Pony,Open Horse Pairs, Open Pony Pairs, Advanced Horse Pairs, Advanced Pony Pairs, Horse Tandems, Pony Tandems, Horse Foursand Pony Fours.
