restrictions that have been in place at different times


throughout the last months, the Club still managed to persuade members and friends to fill 132 shoeboxes in time for shipment in November. These joined the 12,000 plus o t h e r s i n S h o e b o x headquarters in Oldham to be shipped to Romania and Moldova in time for Christmas. Although countries everywhere are still in lockdown, boxes have managed to get through and as can be seen in the photographs it's obviously good to receive something to brighten up your day whether you are young or a little bit older. We are told that all who receive them appreciate the boxes and the fact that they have come such a long way. Many thanks to those who helped us with this very worthwhile project. Why not start putting aside small items now so that you are ready for our next collection which will be in September/ October? Remember we fill boxes of baby items for up to 12 months, toys for boys and
