of 2020 this is the perfect time to be learning. There are no semi- nars here at the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) this month, but you can still take ad- vantage of online courses offered by the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) through Visto at https://

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING DESIGNATES Congratulations to Brittany Carpenter for completing the re-
quirements for the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designa- tion. Congratulations also to Travis Hensley with Fath Properties and Michael Wethington for completing the Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT). These industry professionals completed the requirements
through the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association and passed the examination to obtain their certifica- tion. Please join us in congratulating Brittany, Travis and Michael on this outstanding achievement! Earning a credential demonstrates your commitment to your
career and gives you valuable insights and real-world skills you can use on the job. Credentials also validate your knowledge and skills, enhance your credibility, boost your confidence and earn you respect among clients and peers. The GCNKAA offers several designation courses throughout the year.
