I ate organic before organic was in style. I had
home births and breast fed my three children. I exercised and was under chiropractic care. What was I missing? As I went down the rabbit hole of research and self-examination, there were mo- ments where I was very frustrated, overwhelmed and confused. I was jumping all over the place. There was no flow to my healing protocol. Then I had that lightbulb moment. I had to create a sys- tem that would give me action steps that would help me monitor my progress. That is when I created “The 7 Essentials System,”® a step by step guide that walks you through the process of reversing “dis-ease” in your body and supports you in creating vibrant health.
The 7 Essentials System®
Essential #1 – Let Food be Your Medicine Essential #2 – Reduce Your Toxic Exposure Essential #3 – Balance Your Energy Essential #4 – Heal Your Emotional Wounds Essential #5 – Embrace Biological Dentistry Essential #6 – Repair Your Body with
Therapeutic Plants and Herbs
Essential #7 – Adopt Very Early Detection Breast cancer is not one “dis-ease.” It
is an accumulation of many illnesses and weaknesses in the body. We live in an environmentally complex world inundated with foreign chemicals that assault our body every day. We may have chronic low-grade bacterial, fungal, parasitic, or viral infections that weaken and stress our immune systems on a daily basis. We are exposed to the insidious
effects of electropollution and electromagnetic fields (EMFs), while we’re racing through life trying to “get it all done.” Poor quality food, lack of sleep, and chronic stress creates the perfect storm for dis-ease in the body.
Cancer Can Not Grow in a Healthy Body The aim of The 7 Essentials System® is to help you become healthy; physically, mentally, and emotionally. You did not get cancer and then become sick. You were already sick and THEN you developed cancer. If you have been diagnosed with breast cancer, there is something out of bal- ance in your body. It may be your emotions which are suppressing your immune system. It may be toxicity levels, your lifestyle, your inability to manage your
stress, dental issues or a combination of many things. I’ll say it again, you did not get cancer and then become sick. You were already sick and THEN you developed cancer. For most women, a diagnosis of breast cancer
brings a wave of fear and dread. Afterall, what is the first thing that comes to mind when we think of a breast cancer diagnosis – a bald head, and a long torturous journey. I am here to change that. By having a systematic approach to your journey, it removes the fear and frustration. Once you un- derstand what cancer is and what cancer is not, then there is less fear. You begin to appreciate the miraculous power of your body’s ability to heal. The sciences of Epigenetics and Nutrigenomics
have clearly shown that we have the power to influence our genes in many ways. A landmark study by Dr. Dean Ornish, MD, clinical professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, demonstrated that lifestyle changes could alter our genes. This study showed that im- proved nutrition, moderate exercise, stress man- agement, and increased social support changed the expression of over 500 genes!
The Importance of the 5 C’s After coaching women in 56 countries, my team and I have come to appreciate the importance of the 5 C’s: 1. Clarity – gaining clarity about what allowed the cancer to show up in your body is a big first step. Cancer is simply the symptom and not the cause. Be brutally honest with yourself about what may have contributed to this diagnosis. 2. Confidence – once you can get clear about how you got where you got, then you can gain confidence in your healing journey. After all, if you had a hand in allowing the cancer to show up, then you can also have a hand in reversing the dis-ease in your body. 3. Commitment – once you gain confidence and there is less fear, then you can really be committed to your healing journey. Remember that a healing journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Pace your- self as you learn and grow through the process. 4. Coaching – having an objective, listening ear to help you navigate your journey is so beneficial. Sometimes we can get stuck in the muck, so to speak, and having an experienced coach to guide you through the process can be very comforting. 5. Community – is so important that it can reduce your risk of dying from breast cancer by 75%! An 11-year study on women with breast cancer found that if they had group or community support and learned to manage their stress, they had a 75% lower risk of dying from breast cancer and 79% lower risk of dying from any dis-ease.•
