Staff needed to be retrained regarding clin- ical and operational changes. Multi- ple training mediums were used with live, onsite training being the pre- ferred method (86 percent), along with virtual training (35 percent) and conference calls (21 percent). Most respondents used a mix of methods to be efficient and effective. The majority of survey respon- dents, 78 percent, stated that they participated in up to 24 virtual meet- ings from March to May. They have all adapted to conducting busi- ness virtually. Zoom, known to few three months ago, is now a generic word used for video conferencing.
