Veterans’ Home Care Services


The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) program is designed to assist eligible people who need a little practical help to continue living independently at home.


We can assist with:


• daily personal care, such as showering, dressing and personal grooming


• domestic tasks, such as washing clothes, light cleaning and food preparation


• continence care and support • medication reminders • shopping with or for you • attending medical appointments


• attending other appointments - hairdresser, bowls, cards, art therapy


• social activities and outings to meet up with friends • respite care • friendly visits at home or within an aged care residence.
