NAA Click & Lease Forms Update for Ohio The NAA Click & Lease Program for Ohio will be updated
on May 13, 2020, to include the following changes to your lease forms. The Release Notes, which are accessible when logged into your NAA Click & Lease Program, include copies of these upcom- ing forms.

HOW WILL THE USERS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE NAA CLICK & LEASE BE AFFECTED?
The following changes will be implemented within the NAA Click & Lease Program in correlation to the form revisions. • Cincinnati Renter’s Choice Program Addenda. Several new fields will be added to the “Lease Terms” section of the lease editor. These new fields may be saved as recurring default values.

UPDATED FORM (FOR ALL STATES EXCEPT FLORIDA): 1. Bed Bug Addendum
a. Paragraph 4 – Revised Language: GCNKAA PACs What They Can Do For You
GCNKAA Political Action Committee (PAC) dollars can and do make a difference. Influence at the local, state and national government levels would not be possible without your contributions. INSPECTION AND INFESTATIONS. BY SIGNING THIS ADDENDUM, YOU REPRESENT THAT: • YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE DWELLING PRIOR TO MOVING IN, OR PRIOR TO SIGNING THIS ADDENDUM, AND YOU DID NOT FIND ANY EVIDENCE OF BED BUGS OR A BED BUG INFESTATION;
OR
• YOU WILL INSPECT THE DWELLING WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER MOVING IN, OR WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER SIGNING THIS ADDENDUM AND WILL NOTIFY US OF ANY BED BUGS OR BED BUG INFESTATIONS. You agree that you have read the information provid- ed in this Addendum and that you are not aware of any infestation or presence of bed bugs in your current or previous dwellings, furniture, clothing, personal prop- erty, or possessions. You also acknowledge that you have fully disclosed to us any previous bed bug infes- tations or bed bug issues that you have experienced. If you disclose to us a previous experience with bed bug infestations or other bed bug related issues, we can review documentation of the previous treatment(s) and inspect your personal property and possession to confirm the absence of bed bugs.
b. Following Paragraph Removed: Paragraph 5 INFESTATIONS. You agree that you have read all of the information on this addendum about bed bugs and: (check one):
[ ] you are not aware of any infestation or presence of bed bugs in your current or previous apartments, home or dwelling. You agree that you are not aware of any bed bug infestation or presence in any of your furniture, clothing, personal property or possessions. You agree that you have not been subjected to condi- tions in which there was any bed bug infestation or presence. OR
[ ] you agree that if you previously lived anywhere that had a bed bug infestation that all of your personal property (including furniture, clothing and other be- longings) has been treated by a licensed pest control professional. You agree that such items are free of fur- ther infestation. If you disclose a previous experience of bed bug infestation, we can review documentation of the treatment and inspect your personal property and possessions to confirm the absence of bed bugs. You agree that any previous bed bug infestation which you may have experienced is disclosed here:
