been rescheduled to November 4-6, 2020, in conjunction with the 2020 NAA Assembly of Delegates meeting. Our main goal is to ensure a safe experience for all event attendees. Event details will follow in the coming weeks, but you can continue to expect top- notch educational sessions, exciting keynote speakers and robust opportunities to network at Apartmentalize. We are also excited to announce that Apartmentalize will be adding a virtual component! This new option will allow you to have access to education sessions, networking opportunities and other cutting-edge content. You will be receiving email communication no later than May 15 providing you with further details. • What if I need to cancel my registration after I have trans- ferred it to the Dallas, Chicago or Virtual Event? Once your registration is transferred, the cancellation policies associated with the individual event would apply.

I have already canceled my registration for Apartmentalize in Boston and was charged an admin fee – will this fee be refunded to me? NAA is unable to refund those admin fees associated with reg- istrations that were canceled prior to the official cancellation of Apartmentalize. Only those registrations being canceled due to NAA’s decision to cancel Apartmentalize will receive a full registration refund.
• My registration is attached to a Group – what do I need to do? Your group leader will be contacted directly to work through next steps. If you have questions please contact your group leader.

I am a Group Leader for a Group Package of registrations – what are out options? You will have the same options to transfer all Full registrations to Dallas or Chicago (no rate increase). Any group attendee wanting to transfer their registration to the Virtual Event should cancel their registration and register for the Virtual Event when available. Group registrations will not be avail- able for the virtual option.
• Do I need to cancel my hotel room in Boston? All hotel reservations made through Spargo, Inc. will automat- ically be cancelled and no action on your part is required. No credit cards have been charged for deposits. If you made hotel reservations directly with a hotel in Boston, you are respon- sible for cancelling those reservations directly with the hotel.
• Do I need I book new hotel rooms in Dallas? NAA is working to contract hotels in Dallas and will have housing available by mid-June. An email will be sent when housing is open and you will need to make new reservations for Dallas.

• Will attendees be refunded for airline tickets or other trav- el costs? NAA is unable to provide refunds for personally booked trav- el expenses. In terms of air travel, many airlines are waiving change fees and daily updating their policies. Please work di-
