Would you Like to Host a Regional Meeting? Hosting an event is simple.


First, you have to be willing to conduct a tour


of your foundry for meeting attendees. Second, as a regional meeting host you will work directly with us in selecting an appropriate venue for the meeting. Lastly, the host foundry is requested to do a presentation addressing facility safety while on tour.


(At our last few


events, our hosts went one step further by presenting educational materials as well.)


Supplier Members are key to our success in these events, as the numerous 45 minute presentations that make up the regional meetings are developed and presented by our industry’s suppliers. As is the case with technical conference presentations, we always remind our presenters that this is an educational opportunity not a promotional one, so


please do not present a sales pitch. Since the ICI does not charge for


these events, and they are open to Members and non-Members alike, we always appreciate Members who are willing to be an event sponsor. Unlike presenting a paper, a sponsorship is a promotional tool. Sponsors are recognized at the event, in INCAST Magazine, at the annual Technical Conference and Expo, and on our website sponsor banner for one year.
