Tim


Borchardt to Executive Vice President. With nearly 16 years at Guardian, Tim has worn many hats and has performed IT, customer support, development and implementation roles at Guardian. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in IT from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. In addition to his new duties as Executive Vice President, Tim will continue to work closely with clients in account and project management. Charlie Fischer is a member of the Guardian Support and Implementation teams as well as an Account Manager. A 2016 graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Charlie has a passion for technology. As a world traveler, Charlie spent 6 months working for one of Australia’s premier investment casters and Guardian client, AW Bell. Charlie is excited about his future with Guardian and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Erica Gilhuber is the newest member of the Guardian Development Team.

devCodeCamp, Erica is excited to begin her career as a developer at Guardian Software Systems. Erica loves problem solving and is intrigued with the design aspects of software development. Guardian is fortunate to add Erica’s fresh outlook and energy as well as great personality to the team.


Trathen New Western Regional Sales Manager for Ransom & Randolph

pleased to announce Tyler Trathen’s appointment as Western Regional Sales Manager. In this role, Trathen will be responsible for managing customer needs, conducting field evaluations and trouble-shooting. He will serve customers in the United States in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA and WY, as well as customers in Canada in AB, BC, NT, SK and YT. Trathen joins the R&R team

Denise Small is responsible for sales and business development at Guardian and leads customer acquisition and expansion efforts. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and French from Drury University. Denise brings expert sales and sales management skills from her experience in those roles at Xerox and a true understanding of financials from her role as financial controller for an export firm. With a fresh approach to sales, Denise is looking forward to meeting and working with Guardian’s current and future clients. She is a great asset to the Guardian team.
