and Westside Electrical Services Ltd, who were both highly commended, and Kenneth Ferguson Electrical Contractor. Iain Mason, SELECT’s Head of
Membership and Communications, said: “As JFM Electrical demonstrated, training is one of the most vital components of what is now a very highly-skilled and technical industry.”
Best Delivery of Customer Service Putting customer satisfaction at the very centre of its business helped Electrical Solutions Network Ltd win the award recognising Best Delivery of Customer Service. The firm, which is based in Ayr but operates across Scotland, provides a
24/7 service including electrical installation, maintenance, testing and emergency call-outs. Its clients include the leisure
industry, sports clubs and educational establishments and customers praised the company’s willingness to always go the extra mile. Alan Wilson said: “The whole team at Electrical Solutions Network have pulled together to achieve this recognition and their dedication and determination is a great example to the electrotechnical industry. “Clients large and small appreciate
the extra effort made by all members of the team.” The award was presented by Neil
Kelly of sponsor MacRoberts LLP. Also nominated in the hotly contested category were Gordon Eason Electrical, Matt Burton Electrical and Safe Building Scheme Ltd.
