Concert Pianist at Holy Trinity Church
RENOWNED international concert pianist Roman Rudnytsky will be giving a recital at Holy Trinity Church, Bungay, on Sunday, October 27th, 2019, at 3pm. The US-based pianist has
given recitals at Bungay on a number of occasions in the past and has always proved popular. The hour- long concert will feature Rudnytsky’s own solo piano version of Greig’s famous piano concerto. Tickets for the recital

Rise & Shine Photography Exhibition
RISE & Shine, a photography competition run by The Ness and Lowestoft Photographic Club, will be exhibiting at Lowestoft Central Parcels Office - a new exhibition space at the train station. The competition has been running since May and has seen some fantastic images on the subject of Rise & Shine. The exhibition will run from 23rd – 26th August over the bank holiday weekend. Alice Taylor, Mayor of Lowestoft said, ‘We’re thrilled at the high quality of the photographs submitted. The photographers of Lowestoft have really stepped up to the mark and I’m sure that everyone who attends the exhibition will be impressed with the work and how the artist’s eyes and imagination have captured the best of Lowestoft. I want to give special thanks to the Lowestoft Photographic Club for their hard work managing this competition as part of

FOUNDED in 1935, Harleston magpies is one of the biggest hockey clubs in the Eastern Counties, providing competitive and social hockey for players of all ages and abilities. Throughout the country more than 10,000 new players have picked up a hockey stick since the Great Britain Women won gold at the Rio 2016 Olympics and as a club we pride ourselves on having those who haven’t played since school, as well as ex-internationals, among our members. celebrating the upcoming work on Lowestoft's newest park The Ness’ The images have been showcased online at the Lowestoft Image Project, a year-long project compiling an archive of contemporary, positive, forward looking images of the town which are available at www.
