1 – We reserve the right to exclude or amend an advertisement considered


unsuitable for publication in order to maintain our standards. 2 – In the event of omission or printing error, the publisher will make an


adjustment to the cost/size of a future advertisement. No adjustment will apply where the error, misprint or omission does not materially detract from the advertisement. Saxmundham In Suffolk and family/friends playing cricket in East and West Yorkshire, Dorset and Cambridgeshire via the 'play-cricket' website. Saturday 13th proved to be a crucial day for a number of my clubs. This built up very nicely for Sunday 14th Cricket World Cup Final! Whilst watching some live County Cricket I was then fortunate enough to catch the dramatic finale as England brought home the World Cup. Djokovic and Federer courteously finished their epic Wimbledon final to allow viewers on both Sky and 'free to air ' TV to celebrate!

Alde Valley Classics Day 2019


ON Sunday 11th August the Alde Valley Classics Day will return for the eleventh year to the Riverside Centre, Stratford St Andrew.

on remembering them parrot fashion. We want students to relax through our classes not stress out if they miss a weeks instruction. The Suffolk Tai Chi Academy formed six years ago in Ufford, near Woodbridge.


All our Instructors are volunteers this allows interested people low cost access to Tai Chi. We teach Tai Chi as an exercise and relaxation form, without any religious influence. Whilst our 'Home' centre is Ufford we have grown beyond our expectations over the last six

Our classes are designed with the community in mind. Class fees are minimal. They cover hall hire, insurance and instructor courses. This makes our Tai Chi easily accessible to all. The remaining balance is donated to external charities, with the main focus on local charity. Health and fitness to most people means how fast or far they can run or how heavy a weight can be lifted, or winning a sports match, but Tai Chi is health and fitness through flexibility, improved circulation, healthier internal organs, improved posture and balance, calmness and a lessening of work stress. In short, just feeling younger in all ways. Tai chi is a low-impact activity and is designed to stretch the body in a natural way. We would recommend Tai Chi to anyone who wishes to take control of the way their body moves and functions. It is for anyone who wishes to invest some time regularly to improve their fitness, health, movement, body functions, memory and mindfulness.


It will help students live life to the fullest and help to relax the mind. It is a great way to remain fit and active. A typical beginner class meets weekly and usually comprises an hour of Tai Chi, followed by a social break for refreshment and then some more practise. www.suffolktaichiacademy.
