Image Left: Palmeras property developers: Olivia O & Kristoffer Enger. Scandinavian duo with unexpected, bold and innovative ideas.

La toca is a project by: Palmeras together with AMES arqiteqtos = Antonio Morillo & Esther Santes, Heco building = Daniel Collado & Juan Diego Collado. Adarve Landscaping: Beatrice Perlac & Veronica

Photography By: Max Perello of CM Photos Professional Photography.

Custom Made Art Palmeras property have an iconic eye in all their properties, custom made for each villa. Made by the talented artist Mila Pierce. Tihs time a deep green one that matches the greenery in the surrondings and the interior colors of the room facing the patio with the eye.

La toca scent Palmeras developed a special scent for la toca together with Lademac Milano that brings in the essence from the surroundning, Fig trees and cypress trees. Te big decorative Diffuser looks more like a piece of art and gives just enough scent to the entire 3 level villa.

Secret garden Te property has several surprises ....Te first of which is the secret garden. Going leſt from the pool area you find a hidden secret pathway down to a completely different world. A romantic garden on different platforms, containing a pond, waterfall and childrens playground, along with Palmeras iconic hammock in a hidden cosy corner. And the grass covered green wall is built like an colesseum with an impressive sound system allowing the future home owners to arrange concerts in their own back garden!

Secret hammam In the basement of the villa the tiles and carpentry differ from the other areas which are a more high contrast white and black to a grey colour which gives a cozier impression . Te basement has 2 guestrooms, a chilling area, a big laundry room, winecellar , a games room with a TV lounge, pool table, and dining area. In the dining area there is a big bookshelf which opens out to reveal the secret entrance to the Hammam. Te hammam oozes luxury with black and rosegold colour theme. A little piece of heaven.

Garage At the Street level is a 3 car garage with views over the Mediterranean and the entire property and an elevator that conveniently takes you down to the kitchen entrance and main floor. Te office has a separate entrance and panoramic views over the pool area. With an en suite bathroom this could also be converted to a staff / nanny quarter.

Kitchen A custom made Snaidero kitchen with gaggenau appliances in the same edgy angled design as the villa, completely made in tiles in a bold dusty mate black colour. Designed by the whole

team and executed by Carlos Sobrado - Selecciones.

Interior Te interior of la toca is an entirely bespoke project made by Omeo design, Olivia one of the developers interior design studio. We especially took note of the statement dining table that consists of 2 big gold gilded tree trunks that carries a rustic table top for 12 persons with ledlights underneed that gives the trunks an extra glow in the evening.

Congratulations to Olivia O and Kristoffer Engers on selling Villa Toca prior to the exclusive open house day but we hear the new projects are already underway! All are located in and around the Nueva Andalucia area. So expect to see a lot more of our bold, young and innovative designers. Who knows what surprise they will have in store for their take on high end luxury for the 21st century. See www.palmeras.property for more information
