Scholarship awards


It must have stated objectives and outcome for the students, and must be 10-14 consecutive weeks duration. This year’s deadline for submissions


is August 23, 2019. In addition to participating in


the internship, qualified students must be juniors or seniors majoring in engineering and technology, business and personnel, or environment and safety.


They must maintain a grade


point average of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale. Each applicant is required to write a 500-word career objective statement which will be printed in the December issue of INCAST magazine. The Institute is now accepting ap- plications (and scholarships will be awarded) for this year’s award. For further

INCAST Magazine was recently contacted by the inventor of the alloy, Raymond Schneider, now of Siemens Energy, Inc.
