Services department will host both Odyssey Boot Camp (August 13th – 14th) and Crystal Reports Class (August 15th – 16th). Both classes are offered quarterly due to demand among the Odyssey user base and will be hosted again in November. Odyssey Boot Camp is ideal for getting new staff off to a productive start or to transition staff over to Odyssey’s Web User Interface (UI). Over the course of two days, B&L implementation trainers demonstrate hands-on methods used to work in the Odyssey ERP system and assist students with company-specific questions, as well as provide a high-level overview of the integration of the entire Odyssey software system.

Crystal Reports is a commonly used

platform which expands the reach of data. B&L offers Odyssey Crystal Reports classes to help Odyssey users in: creating basic reports using data from Odyssey; modifying existing Odyssey reports to create new Odyssey reports; as well as to navigate and understand the Odyssey database structure. New for 2019, the Professional Services department will host a special class for Odyssey administrators on Sept. 17th. This one-day session will focus on designing screens, using Profile Manager, special features, and System Setup options to help maximize administrators’ understanding of all the tools available in Odyssey to support users. Personalized training is also

available to Odyssey customers and arrangements can be made directly with the Professional Services department. Additionally, Odyssey customers can expect email updates on customer exclusive virtual webinars. Due to space limitations, advanced

registration is required for all hands-on classes. Registration information and the latest updates for all B&L classes may be found at the website: BLInfo.com/ BLClasses.
